What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our pastoral team, in a new and exciting role. The role covers the hours of 8:00am-3:30pm, term time only.

We are looking to add capacity to our excellent team to continue our drive to promote excellent student attendance. This role will focus on developing good working relationships with students and families to encourage a culture of high attendance, including home visits as required. This excellent opportunity for the successful candidate will allow them to work closely with our teams who are focussed on attendance and pastoral team support. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a friendly and successful school.
