What skills and experience we're looking for
Sidmouth College has a new vacancy for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Development Centre Lead to join our SEND department.
Within this role you will run the Student Development Centre under the guidance of our Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENDCO) and Pastoral Support Team. Our Student Development Centre is a dedicated space for pupils identified as having Special Educational Needs (SEN) to work and reset during the College Day.
The post holder will support all students using SDC and manage appropriate resources for students using the SDC and ensuring that they are used efficiently, effectively and safely.
Experience of working in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
