We are seeking to appoint a Student Recruitment, Liaison and Marketing Manager to lead the team in attracting, engaging and supporting prospective students. Ensuring that high numbers of students choose to study at QE, your role will include planning, coordinating and implementing key aspects of recruitment, liaison and marketing throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and recruitment strategies to attract diverse student populations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities and community partners.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote programmes and events.
  • Analyse trends and recruitment data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the College at events, open days, and outreach activities.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless student application and enrolment experience.

You will have:

  • A degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage varied audiences.
  • The ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable plans
  • The ability to work flexibly to cover some evening and weekend events, together with a driving licence and access to your own vehicle
