What skills and experience we're looking for
The Roseland Academy is seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Student Support Manager to join our professional and welcoming team. The successful candidate will work positively with young people, helping them feel valued and supported so they can make the most of their educational opportunities. This role plays a key part in upholding the school’s safeguarding responsibilities and promoting its values and ethos.
This is a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone who is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting young people. The successful applicant will be a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with students, staff, and external professionals.
