What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a student support mentor who is an innovative, flexible and personable individual to provide quality support to the student support team by assisting the Progress Leaders and SENCo in supporting the welfare and progress of all students. The role will include mentoring, providing advice and guidance, providing support in dealing with incidents which arise during the school day, and contacting parents and other relevant agencies.
