The successful candidate will lead a very busy team providing support to students, families and Academy staff to improve attendance and meet the needs of their students. The ideal candidate will support children whose education is at risk and help families to improve their children’s access to learning and enable all children and young people to maximise their educational opportunities, especially those vulnerable groups that may need additional support.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be organised, energetic and able to remain calm in a busy environment. Strong IT skills specifically in Microsoft Office and Google are essential. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a proactive approach to work.
