37.5 hours per week

Term time plus two weeks holiday hours

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Full time salary - £31,537 - £34,434 per annum

Actual salary: £28,287 - £30,885 per annum (89.69% FTE)

Our Study Centre Reading Development Leader will make a significant contribution to the progress and outcomes of our learners. They will be able to implement strategies to raise achievement. We seek a colleague passionate about the importance of literacy and reading who is committed to making a significant contribution to our school reading culture.

The ideal candidate may possess experience of working with young people in an educational setting; have an understanding of the KS3/KS4 curriculum, and how to support students’ academic development or they will have a passion for reading and literacy and see the importance of this within an education setting.
