Subject Leader of Art and Design and Technology job summary

We are seeking a person who has a passion for Art and Design and Technology, is forward thinking, innovative, creative and committed to excellence. We have done much to update the KS3 curriculum across the school and aim to further develop the curricula in Art and Design and Technology, exploring a range of courses to equip our students for the demands of the twenty first century and to provide meaningful, well respected routes to KS5. Students are encouraged to pursue creatives subject in their option choices, and both Art and Design and Technology are popular at KS4. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Art and Design and Technology, and will have a good understanding of these disciplines and will have achieved highly successful outcomes in at least on one subject area.Additional allowances
