We are seeking a talented and experienced Subject Leader of IT to join our dynamic team at Wellfield School. In this role, you will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher responsible for Teaching and Learning to improve student outcomes and raise standards across all key stages. You will play a key role in delivering and supporting school improvement strategies.
As Subject Leader, you will lead the ongoing development, delivery, and review of the IT Department. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a clear commitment to high expectations—for both staff and students. You will consistently model outstanding practice and place student achievement and progress at the heart of everything you do.
