You will demonstrate commitment, drive and have a proactive problem-solving approach in support of outstanding student behaviour and wellbeing.

The Supervision Room Manager will frequently be supporting our most vulnerable students, when their behaviour needs addressing. Demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with students and staff is a key to the success of the role, the effectiveness of our pastoral care and the education and experience of our children and young people.

Care, support and guidance is a real strength of the school and you will be joining a committed team of teachers and additional non-teaching staff dedicated to supporting students pastorally and academically.
