What skills and experience we're looking for
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and skilled in providing classroom support. Your role will include providing academic and emotional support, to assist with the integration of all pupils within our school. Duties will include curriculum related tasks under the direction of the teacher and responding to pupils’ social, emotional and physical needs.
You will work alongside supportive colleagues who work as part of a team and in an environment where our values are central to everything we do.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- An effective communicator with pupils and adults.
- Able to empathise with the needs of children and establish positive relationships.
- Able to implement and agree behaviour management strategies.
