We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and highly motivated Class Teacher to join our welcoming and ambitious school community from September 2026 on a full-time, permanent contract. It is essential that you are able to work across the Primary range.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or will achieve this before September 2026
  • We welcome applications from teachers at all stages of their career, including ECTs
  • Has a secure understanding of effective primary teaching practice, including phonics
  • Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching for all pupils
  • Can plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that build on prior learning
  • Uses assessment effectively to identify misconceptions and adapt teaching responsively
  • Has high expectations for behaviour, presentation and achievement
  • Can effectively adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND
  • Builds strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • Is reflective, organised, enthusiastic and committed to ongoing professional development
  • Will contribute positively to the wider life of the school community

The successful candidate will:

  • Teach a class full time
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons using a mastery approach
  • Use effective assessment to support strong pupil progress
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school and wider trust
  • Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
  • Maintain high expectations and create a positive learning environment where children thrive
