Essential
- Has a commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils and providing equality of opportunity
- Has experience of raising attainment in a differentiated classroom
- Has an understanding of the strategies needed to establish consistently high aspirations and standards of results and behaviour
- Is motivated to continually improve standards and achieve excellence
- Is enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated and determined
- Is able to use ICT as a vehicle for effective learning and teaching
Desirable
- Experience in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 would be beneficial
