Essential

  • Has a commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils and providing equality of opportunity
  • Has experience of raising attainment in a differentiated classroom
  • Has an understanding of the strategies needed to establish consistently high aspirations and standards of results and behaviour
  • Is motivated to continually improve standards and achieve excellence
  • Is enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated and determined
  • Is able to use ICT as a vehicle for effective learning and teaching

Desirable

  • Experience in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 would be beneficial
