Essential

Has a commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils and providing equality of opportunity
Has experience of raising attainment in a differentiated classroom
Has an understanding of the strategies needed to establish consistently high aspirations and standards of results and behaviour
Is motivated to continually improve standards and achieve excellence
Is enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated and determined
Is able to use ICT as a vehicle for effective learning and teaching

Desirable

Experience in Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 would be beneficial
