Teacher job summary
The Governors of Bents Green School are seeking to appoint for September 2022, full time permanent classroom teachers (multiple posts). These are required at our Ringinglow and Gleadless sites.
Bents Green School is a school for students with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and communication and interaction difficulties. We are seeking to appoint full-time teachers as soon as possible. The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people with severe and complex learning difficulties and/or ASD and will be committed to raising standards of attainment and achievement for young people with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. You will receive mentoring and training to support you in this role.
The successful candidate should:-
• Have an ability to teach a range of subjects
• Be dynamic, dedicated and an enthusiastic teacher with suitable qualifications and experience.
• Be familiar with the National Curriculum and other syllabus requirements.
• Be committed to involving parents and the community in the life of the school and the drive towards inclusion
• Aspire to be the best and believe you have the skills to achieve the highest standards for yourself, your colleagues and the young people you teach
