The successful candidate will:

  • be enthusiastic, positive and dedicated.
  • be passionate about improving outcomes for, and raising attainment of children.
  • has the determination and drive to make sure all pupils are actively involved in their learning and are guided and supported well, to ensure they become the best they can be;
  • has good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate those around you;
  • is able to work effectively with the EYP and EY support staff to ensure good or better progress for all children;
  • has a good understanding of high quality provision and how to challenge all children within the setting.
