At Bournville School, we believe in the transformative power of movement—through both Dance and Physical Education—to build confidence, creativity, resilience, and a lifelong love of being active. We are seeking an exceptional teacher who can bring these subjects to life with passion, precision, and purpose. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is as confident choreographing dynamic, inclusive performances as they are delivering engaging, high‑quality PE lessons that inspire every learner. As part of our forward‑thinking and supportive department, you will play a key role in shaping ambitious, expressive and physically confident young people. If you are driven by high expectations, committed to student success, and excited to elevate Dance and PE across our curriculum and wider school community, we would be thrilled to welcome your expertise, energy and creativity to Bournville School.

This is an exciting time to join us, and a great opportunity to be involved in the next stage of development of this strong team. Over the last few years, there has been a real drive to develop collaborative planning of a well sequenced knowledge rich curriculum in order to ensure our curriculum is inclusive and all students can achieve highly.
