Teacher - Early Years job summary
We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of child-led learning and child development who is committed to providing inspirational and motivational learning opportunities to support the holistic development of our youngest children.
You will hold a UK recognised Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent Early Years teaching qualification and will have previous teaching experience within an EYFS setting.
Reporting to our Assistant Headteacher - Early Years, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering an engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of our children.
Creating a welcoming, safe and organised learning environment.
Building strong positive partnerships with parents and carers
Effective collaboration with EY staff, the wider school team, Blue Kite Academy Trust and outside agencies
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent EYFS knowledge and high quality teaching skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills
A desire to support CPD within the team and to continue their own professional development
