What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an inspirational classroom practitioner with the ability to engage and motivate pupils

  • Have recent highly successful teaching experience in EYFS and/or KS1
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum
  • Be passionate about creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment and a commitment to raising standards

  • Be a team player with effective communication and organisational skills
  • Be nurturing, and supportive of our Church school ethos.
  • Show a commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in teaching methods.
  • Be resilient and have high expectations of themselves and others.
