TEACHER OF ART, DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY
Required for January 2021
2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday), fixed term maternity cover
We are looking for a well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher of Art, Design & Technology to join our Art, Design & Technology faculty on a fixed term maternity cover contract with the potential to become permanent. The post could suit an NQT as well as a more experienced candidate.
In 2016, South Nottinghamshire Academy moved into its £10 million brand new school and became part of the successful Redhill Academy Trust. We are an increasingly popular 11-18 school located in the village of Radcliffe-on Trent near Nottingham and in February 2017, we again secured a ‘Good’ Ofsted judgement in all areas of inspection.
The academy is also a member of Redhill Teaching School Alliance and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools in the region.
For a discussion about the role, please contact Mrs Hall (Head of Department) on the academy telephone number.
An application form can be downloaded from our academy’s website or by contacting Miss H Longstaffe at h.longstaffe@snacademy.org.uk..
Successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Closing date for application: Monday 7th December at 12 noon
