What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge, be passionate about Art & Design education, and thrive in a structured, high-expectations environment. The role would suit an ECT or an experienced teacher, including candidates seeking to broaden their experience in a high-performing inner-city school. A significant TLR may be available for a suitably experienced applicant.
