Who we are: LIBERTY TRUST is a small but growing Academy Trust of 3 special schools who are all committed to enhancing the educational experience of all autistic children and young people. About the school: We are a forward-thinking Autism Specific Specialist Free School. The LIBERTY TRUST is in partnership with Lambeth Local Authority established a special free school (Vanguard School) for autistic pupils. The school opened in January 2020 in fantastic purpose-built facilities. Vanguard school is an extremely popular 11-19 school looking to build a strong reputation and foster local links. All LIBERTY TRUST schools follow our Quality of life (QoL) Framework. Our QoL framework is built on out trust’s position that parents and young people need to be full participants in decision making and that we should be working together to support autistic young people to live the lives they want as they move towards adulthood. LIBERTY TRUST currently includes two other free schools, Church Lawton School & Thames Valley School. The school works to maximise standards, curriculum offer, training and employment opportunities. This role will enable you to influence and contribute to the future of the LIBERTY TRUST schools.
