What skills and experience we're looking for
Ruskin Community High School is seeking to appoint a talented and ambitious Teacher of Dance and Performing Arts to join our energetic and experienced Performing Arts Department. This is an exciting new role that will offer the successful candidate a timetable with variety and some flexibility with working hours.
The role will require teaching across KS3 and KS4 within Ruskin and additionally working with KS2 up to two days a week.. The school has secured funding to also deliver to primary schools for KS2 to further support the transition process and their development.
The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and an understanding of curricular content and delivery. An ability to deliver an element of KS3 Drama is also required.
We are looking for someone who can also deliver high-quality learning opportunities and engaging lessons for our students in this curriculum area.
