Teacher of Design & Technology job summary

Hurstmere School is seeking to appoint a highly effective supply Teacher of Design & Technology to join the DT Department, to start with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences at Key Stage 4. They will motivate and challenge students to develop their creativity, critical thinking, and technical proficiency, ensuring they are well-prepared for examination success and future pathways. The postholder will maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating workshop environment that fosters excellence, innovation, and a passion for Design and Technology.

This is a full time, temporary role, paid a daily rate on the Outer London STPC Main Pay Range, dependant on experience. This position is a temporary, short-term cover post.
