Teacher of Drama (Maternity Cover) job summary

Do you have a passion for Drama and a talent for inspiring young people? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Drama to join our vibrant Performing Arts Department.

In this exciting role, you will create engaging, practical lessons that encourage creativity, confidence, collaboration and self-expression. From exploring scripts and developing performance techniques to encouraging original ideas and theatrical storytelling, you’ll help students grow into expressive, confident and imaginative performers.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver high quality, engaging drama lessons to students of all abilities.

Foster creativity, confidence and a lifelong appreciation for the performing arts.

Support students in developing performance, communication and collaborative skills.

Contribute to curriculum development, productions and enrichment activities.
