What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualified Teacher Status Graduate in Design & Technology or related discipline

Successful completion of secondary Design & Technology school experience at KS3/KS4.

Evidence of keeping up to date with NC developments in Design & Technology.

Good communication skills.

Proven teaching skills.

Good record keeping/monitoring of work.

Good knowledge and understanding of Design & Technology syllabus up to AS/A2 level.

Sympathy with the school mission statement.

Able to work as a team member.

Able to motivate other people.

Commitment to ongoing developments and improvements.
