Teacher of Engineering & Design Technology MPS / UPS From 1st September 2022 Part Time 0.8 FTE R&R considered for excellent candidate This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and highly motivated teacher in Engineering/Design Technology to join our well established and successful DT team at Ringwood School. We are looking for a colleague committed to strong outcomes for all students and who wishes to join us in engendering a love for STEM subjects within our students both in and out of the classroom. We are hoping to find a colleague with a specialism in Engineering predominantly. We have been in the fortunate position in recent years to have invested in additional Design Technology and Engineering courses and have increased curriculum time in recognition of the importance of Design Technology/ Engineering career routes to our local economy. The subject area is popular and recruitment levels are high. Ringwood School is a large thriving oversubscribed 11-18 Comprehensive School situated in beautiful surroundings close to the New Forest and the Hampshire / Dorset coastline. We recognise that our staff is our greatest asset and we prioritise high quality professional development opportunities and the wellbeing of our team.
