What skills and experience we're looking for

Highfields School are looking to appoint a dynamic and innovative Teacher of Engineering & Design Technology to join their team.

We wish to appoint a colleague to this post who has:

  • A strong background in Engineering
  • The Maths, Physics and Electronic skills to teach A-Level Engineering
  • A passion for teaching, and a track record as a highly effective classroom practitioner
  • The ability to inspire and motivate students and colleagues to achieve their best
  • Highly effective interpersonal, communication, management and leadership skills
  • A commitment to professional development
