What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a Teacher of English to join our successful team at Stour Valley Community School in September 2026.

We are looking for a positive, dynamic English Teacher with high standards, who is passionate about their subject. The candidate should be an excellent classroom practitioner with very high expectations for all pupils.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated to achieving the best possible outcomes for our students and will be a committed team player who is determined to make a significant contribution to raising attainment across the English Department.
