We know that our students can explore the world from the pages of a book, and that they can engage in debates of the past, present and future from our classrooms. English teaching is the backbone of our school because it’s more than just two GCSEs; it’s the moulding of an enquiring and critical mind. We are working in conjunction with leading thinkers and institutions launching a new English curriculum across our Trust, in order to reflect these values and meet the challenges of the reformed GCSEs. Our teachers are excited about the future of English in our Academy, and so are our pupils.

Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Teacher – English to join our friendly and committed team from the beginning of Term 5 (earlier start, at February half-term, is possible)
