What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated English teacher who will inspire our students to achieve their personal best.

You will be expected to teach confidently across Key Stages 3 and 4, teach a range of abilitiesand have high expectations of your students. The ability to teach A Level Language or Literature would be desirable but not essential. Strong teamwork skills, dedication and the desire to contribute fully to the development of the high-performing English department are crucial. You will also have a strong student-focused outlook and will be a forward thinker and passionate practitioner who is always looking for ways to develop their practise further.
