Devonport High School for Girls is seeking to appoint a well-qualified, dedicated and ambitious Teacher of English to join our successful and supportive English Department on a full-time contract of 1.0 FTE.
We are a highly successful and oversubscribed 11-18 selective grammar school and one of the country’s highest performing state schools. The school has strong international links and helps to create successful and happy young people who have the skills to carry out leading roles in the world.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious colleague to join our exceptional English Department. We welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs who are able to make English lessons challenging and inspiring. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and fully embrace our English Department ethos of ambition and excellence.
