  • Plan and assess learning with the support of experienced colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively within a dedicated and supportive English team.
  • Take part in our comprehensive Early Career Teacher programme and ongoing professional development.

  • Is completing (or has recently completed) an Initial Teacher Training programme.
  • Has Qualified Teacher Status (or is on track to achieve it).
  • Is passionate about English and committed to achieving excellent outcomes for all students.
  • Is enthusiastic, reflective and eager to develop professionally.
