What the school offers its staff
An exciting opportunity to join a thriving English team in an innovative and rapidly growing school.

As the country’s first state school to open in partnership with an arts organisation, our academy offers an ambitious, creative and inclusive environment where every student’s potential is nurtured and celebrated.
You will be joining a collaborative, reflective and ambitious team who are deeply committed to excellent English teaching, high expectations and a love of literature. You will contribute to shaping a curriculum that champions powerful knowledge, disciplinary literacy, and high levels of challenge for all learners.
Our school benefits from a vibrant, music‑rich learning community, state‑of‑the‑art facilities, and a culture built on inclusion, creativity and high aspirations.
