What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Teacher of Geography who an outstanding Geography Specialist with excellent Leadership skills. We want someone who is a proven teacher, who has driven up attainment and progress in Geography who provide strategic and operational subject leadership within the Humanities department and raise attainment and achievement at all key stages in Geography.

This is a key role for the Academy, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about Geography, who really wants to make a difference. We are also seeking someone is ambitious, for both themselves, and their students, who would want to make their mark and then seek further promotion opportunities.
