What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a very talented and dynamic Teacher of History who is able to inspire pupils, be innovative and achieve outstanding results. The Academy provides extensive opportunities for Professional Development including links to Lincolnshire and Peterborough Teaching Schools Alliance. This is an ideal and exciting opportunity for both early career and more experienced teachers. For Early Career Teachers there is also a robust and well-established support programme in place.
What the school offers its staff
ICT is heavily utilised within the delivery of History using Interactive Whiteboards, Visualisers and Tablet Technology. Laptops are provided to all staff. The Academy Trust was also successful in a bid for a whole school Government’s flagship School Rebuilding Programme (SRP) and the process of this has already started.
