Richard Huish College is an Outstanding (June 2022) Sixth Form College and has a strong reputation regionally in its offer of a wide range of A level and vocational courses in Taunton and the surrounding areas in Somerset.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated teacher with the expertise to teach ‘A’ Level Mathematics within our successful department. You will have the skills and abilities to provide an outstanding student experience through teaching, learning and assessment, enabling students to maximise their potential. We are looking for an innovative and committed classroom practitioner who would work collaboratively with the team, the post holder will play a key role in inspiring students to engage with the subject material and to participate actively in lessons. As a committed and dedicated teacher, the post holder will contribute to all aspects of the curriculum, ensuring students benefit from a high-quality learning experience. You will also contribute to the development of the existing enrichment programme currently including visits, academic tutoring and peer coaching.

- Salary: Sixth Form Colleges Teachers pay scale up to £42,149 FTE, £25,289 PTE
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Part time, 0.6 FTE
- Start Date: January 2023 (Negotiable for the right candidate)
