What skills and experience we're looking for

We welcome applications from creative and dynamic teachers who can contribute to this vision. Although the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent teaching and learning, we also welcome applications from ECTs. Teachers are expected to be able to teach across Key stages 3 to 5.
