What skills and experience we're looking for

Successful teaching experience (including teaching practice)

QTS by September 2024

Willingness to develop new skills and consider new approaches to teaching and learning

Strong classroom management skills

Ability to deliver Key Stage 3 curriculum

Ability to teach Maths to GCSE level

Ability to teach KS5 is desirable but not essential

Ability to establish positive working relationships with students

Commitment to working as part of a team, including the sharing of successful teaching and learning strategies

Enthusiasm for and enjoyment of teaching Mathematics

Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities

DBS clearance at Enhanced level
