The role
You will:
- Deliver excellent, engaging and well-constructed lessons, based on research-informed.
- Drive ambition of our students, through your teaching and role of form tutor, and develop character and intellectual curiosity, while securing the currency students need for future success.
- Be part of coaching & training programmes and develop all colleagues so that great teaching is the norm and outcomes are consistently excellent.
- Champion our values—Respect, Resilience, Honesty, Happiness, Confidence and Positivity—in the classroom and across the team.
About you
- A well-qualified mathematician, able to teach Maths up to at least GCSE.
- An appetite to continue to grow and develop as a teacher.
- A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with students, staff and families, and aligns naturally with our mission of “Excellence: for each, for all.”
