Worle Community School - An Academy, part of The Priory Learning Trust, is on a journey of rapid improvement, and we’re looking for a passionate and driven teacher of Maths to help lead the way. The main purpose of this role is to lead, coordinate and develop the designated Key Stage as directed by the Head of Faculty, and to ensure excellent teaching, learning and outcomes in Maths.

What you will need and do to be successful at WCSA;

  • Qualified teacher Status (QTS).
  • Highly effective classroom practitioner.
  • Strong subject and curriculum knowledge of mathematics (up to and including higher GCSE).
  • Proven track record of securing excellent outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
  • Commitment to raising standards and inspiring a love of mathematics.
