The Media Academy at Ravensbourne School is one of the largest and most advanced Media Departments in the area. Our expertise and resources are unparalleled both in Broadcast and Film production. A full 3 camera broadcast TV studio is complemented by a greenscreen virtual studio which is on the cutting edge of the latest technologies. This, along with a dedicated Podcast studio, VFX training and several film kits comprising professional level cameras, sound, lighting and grip, means that students can truly explore their creative potential whilst honing their skills using the very latest technology. The Ravensbourne School is a large and truly unique 11-19 school, set in the heart of Bromley. There are 1500 students, with 440 students in Post 16. Some of the buildings are Grade II listed, dating back to 1911 whilst other additions are more recent. The buildings, coupled with the extensive 22-acre grounds, make up elegant and inspiring surroundings.
