Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating an inclusive and multicultural classroom environment that celebrates diversity and promotes intercultural understanding, empowering students to become global citizens.
  • Assessing student progress and proficiency in the target language regularly, using a variety of assessment methods to provide targeted feedback and support their language development.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and language departments to integrate language learning across the curriculum, reinforcing language skills through cross-curricular activities and projects.
  • Reflecting on your teaching practice and continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and development in the field of language education, staying informed about current methodologies and trends.
  • Engaging with parents and the wider community to promote language learning and cultural exchange, organising language-related events and activities to showcase students' achievements
