About the role: Leigh Academy Blackheath continues to grow! As we prepare to move into our third year, we are now looking for a number of inspiring individuals to join our teaching team in September 2020, when we welcome our third cohort of Year 7 students. Leigh Academy Blackheath is a place where tradition meets innovation and the potential of staff and students is realised within a nurturing community. If you want to join a highly successful team who are passionate about research-informed education, and you can inspire learners to go beyond what they are taught and seek what they do not yet know, then we want to hear from you.
We are now recruiting for an exceptional Teacher of Music who can deliver high-quality learning opportunities for our students in this curriculum area. Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified teachers as we can offer fantastic professional development at every stage of a teacher’s career. The role is offered on a part-time, permanent basis requiring the successful candidate to work 2 days per week.
