Teacher of Reception job summary

Bournville School is an all through school with a one form entry Primary phase in Bournville Birmingham. Our Ofsted report (March 2025) has identified many positives within our school including the school being “highly ambitious for all pupils to learn, experience, achieve and flourish”. The school provides an “exceptional education experience for all”, with an “aspirational curriculum” which is “meticulously planned and sequenced” and has “high expectations embedded across the curriculum”

We are looking for a teacher to join our highly ambitious team who truly are dedicated in making a real difference to the lives of children at this wonderful school. As part of the FMAT Trust, you will have bespoke professional development opportunities and the chance to develop and further your career. You will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues from across schools, sharing resources and good practice.
