Key Responsibilities include:
Deliver engaging, well-structured, and challenging Science lessons across the curriculum.

Contribute to the development of schemes of work, assessments, and enrichment activities.

Promote high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour within the department.

Undertake additional whole-school responsibilities as agreed, supporting key priorities and school improvement initiatives.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Maintain high expectations and create a positive learning environment for all students
We are looking for someone who:

Is an experienced and motivated Science teacher with a track record of raising attainment.

Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and a passion for innovative teaching practise.

Shows leadership potential and the ability to contribute effectively to whole-school initiatives.

Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and the well-being of all students.

Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, students, and parents.
