Teacher of Science job summary
The Faculty
The Science Faculty has an enthusiastic and committed team of 20 teachers, a Curriculum Associate and 4 laboratory technicians. We currently offer separate GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics to 120 students each year - 100% of these students achieve A*-C grades. Sixth Form Science is very popular with multiple groups for Chemistry, Physics and Biology.
The post is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to teach and work within a team of highly motivated and inspiring staff. The vacancy is suitable for an NQT or someone looking to broaden their teaching experience, working in a school where Science is a popular subject valued by students and staff alike.
