What skills and experience we're looking for

To work with the HOD and SLT to support the teaching and learning in Science, and across the academy;
Actively promote the vision, values and mission of the academy. Consistently promoting the Shirley Learning Journey and all aspects of being a Shirley Learner;
To support the department in the teaching of Science throughout the academy at all phases;
