What skills and experience we're looking for

- Classroom Management: The ability to keep students focused, maintain order, and handle behavior issues.
- Technological Proficiency: Skill in using digital tools, virtual labs, and educational software.
- Communication: Clear verbal skills to explain tricky concepts and listen to student questions.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to improvise when experiments go wrong or adapt teaching methods for struggling students.
- Passion and Creativity: Energy that inspires curiosity and creative ways to make science fun.
