What skills and experience we're looking for

Westfield School is seeking to appoint a teacher of technology and engineering who is able to deliver KS3 technology and KS4 Engineering. We are happy to receive applications from teachers with varying degrees of experience – from NQTs through to seasoned educators.

We are looking for a professional with the passion, knowledge and skills to ensure our students achieve their very best. This is a permanent role due to commence in September but with potential to start earlier.

The successful candidate will:

• Be creative, motivational and an effective classroom practitioner.
• Be able to inspire, challenge and motivate young people.
• Be reflective and analytical about their classroom practice.
• Be engaged in all aspects of the thriving Technology Faculty.
