What skills and experience we're looking for

The Free School Norwich is looking for an experienced part time class teacher to join our dedicated and happy staff team. This is an exciting role on a job share arrangement where you can demonstrate your teaching passion and enthusiasm.

You will:

  • be an experienced teacher willing to work closely with another experienced teacher as part of a job share
  • be able to show initiative as an individual but also work effectively as part of a team
  • be optimistic, energetic, resilient and creative
  • have high expectations of behaviour and attainment
  • have a clear understanding of the curriculum
  • show proficiency in monitoring and assessment
  • have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
